Connecticut Yankees Women's Rugby

The CT Yankees Women's team is a new addition to the New England Rugby Football Union (NERFU) in Division II. We are a very new team originally coming together with a handful of girls and a few practices in late fall 2004. Our 2005 spring season starts our first set of games as a team. The CT Yankees Women are composed of girls with various experience levels from many years on the pitch to no experience at all! 

We are the sister team to the CT Yankees Men's team, which won the 2004 NERFU Division II  Championship.

We currently practice in Norwalk, CT at Veteran's Park on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:15-8pm.  If you would like more information about playing with us (or if you know someone who would), please email any of the officers listed above, or contact us at yankeewomenrugby@hotmail.com. 

We are always looking for new girls to add to the roster - regardless of experience!!
